The Salty Dog Bar & Grill in Council Bluffs has signed on to become the “Official After Party” location for VFC 29. Following the furious fights at VFC 29: THE RISING on Friday the 13th of November, at the Mid-America Center, VFC fighters and fans will converge on the newly opened Salty Dog Bar & Grill.

The Salty Dog Bar & Grill is located at 2411 S. 24th St. in Council Bluffs, IA. It is Council Bluffs newest hot spot. Located just 2 blocks north of I-80 off the 24th St. exit, The Salty Dog is a convenient stop for all from Iowa and Nebraska alike. The Salty Dog is open until 2 AM every day so the VFC party will be rocking long after others have closed on November 13th! Just blocks away from The Horseshoe Casino, Mid America Center, and Star Cinema 16, The Salty Dog is the perfect place for the VFC After Party.

The Salty Dog, under owners Brian and Jayme Cadwallader, are ecstatic to be onboard as the Official After Fight Party sponsor, saying: “We at The Salty Dog Bar and Grill could not be more excited to begin our partnership with the VFC. The VFC After Party will feature drink and food specials along with the new VICTORY Bomb cocktail! The VICTORY Bomb is a special combination of Shogun Energy Drink and The Salty Dog’s special blend of libations. Shogun Energy Drink is a partnering sponsor for the After Fight Party and will be on hand with samples and merchandise for VFC fans.

A live DJ will also be on hand to keep everyone moving long after midnight. VFC fighters and ring girls will be in attendance. Demetrius Richards, Jimmy Seipel and the entire Disorderly Conduct Management crew will be making a special guest appearance following the fights. And UFC vets from Omaha and around the country will be on hand to mix and mingle with the crowd. Seats are on a first come, first serve basis so get there early and stay late.
